Store Policies

COFFEE ORDERS: We will roast your coffee as soon as the order is paid in full. We never store our roasted coffee. You will always get fresh coffee! All items available for instant delivery, on receipt of payment. Monday-Thursdays purchases will be mailed within 24 hours. Items purchased Friday-Sunday will be mailed the following Monday. We mail all of our items through USPS Mail. If applicable to your item we provide USPS Media Mail and UPS Next Day as an option. If you require any specific information on any item or alternative shipping arrangements (including multiple purchases) please send us an e-mail. We will try to accommodate any special requirement. Insurance optional but recommended, may be necessary for high value transactions or fragile items. PURCHASING INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNINSURED ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL. FREE USPS Delivery Confirmation within the US! PUERTO RICO CUSTOMERS: Please verify that the mailing address you use with eBay and/or Paypal are registered as a "United States Address" Many eBayers from Puerto Rico select "Puerto Rico" as a country for mailing purposes. This is a mistake. When this happens I cannot print the shipping labels out of the web-based system supported by eBay and PayPal because it sends me to the "International Mailing Mode" As a result, it will take an additional 3-7 days to mail the item. PAYMENT: Credit Cards, PayPal, Money Orders are Welcome. Checks need to clear before shipping the item. International Orders: For International Orders please e-mail us BEFORE BIDDING. This will ensure that you know all the shipping costs and delivery time estimates. There is NO delivery confirmation or insurance for International orders. We are not responsible for late arrival on international orders. Feedback & Customer Satisfaction Policy: We are very proud of our 100% feedback score.
